Our weekly group sessions on intelligent weight loss and body confidence are a popular way to access my coaching. Explore mindful nutrition in a supportive and confidential group of like-minded women all wanting to improve their emotional relationship with food and their bodies.
During ten 90-minute group sessions (and group communications in-between), you’ll support each other in adopting a mindful and intuitive approach to eating, encouraging all members of the group to feel more body-confident, less guilty about food habits, and happier and healthier long-term.
