- OWL exercises and mindfulness practices
- Busting any lingering limiting beliefs or assumptions about yourself
- Practical meal planning sessions
- Food diary reviews
- Cooking and coaching workshops
- Guided supermarket tour
- Thinking session – your uninterrupted time to think through a challenge/situation with me as your thinking partner, helping you to ignite further thinking.
