Whenever you make changes in your life – whether it’s what you eat or the way you think – it’s easy to slip into old habits and old thought patterns.

That’s why I offer ongoing coaching sessions to existing clients to help you stay on track and keep you accountable

  • In order to effectively handle urges, cravings and difficult thoughts and feelings around food

  • Motivate yourself and control your actions in the face of setbacks and challenges

The ‘Nourished Life’ coaching sessions can be bought as a single, three-pack or six-pack bundle.

We meet – either at my Kitchen Table or via Skype – for 60 minutes.

The session is yours to use as you wish, but some of the things we cover are:

  • Reminder of your goals and how you’re doing against them. Have they changed?
  • Challenges you’re facing and how to manage them
  • OWL exercises and mindfulness practices
  • Busting any lingering limiting beliefs or assumptions about yourself
  • Practical meal planning sessions
  • Food diary reviews
  • Cooking and coaching workshops
  • Guided supermarket tour
  • Thinking session – your uninterrupted time to think through a challenge/situation with me as your thinking partner, helping you to ignite further thinking.
