Whenever you make changes in your life – whether it’s what you eat or the way you think – it’s easy to slip into old habits and old thought patterns. That’s why I offer ongoing coaching sessions to existing clients to help you stay on track and keep you accountable.

The ‘Nourished Life’ coaching sessions can be bought as a single, three-pack or six-pack bundle. We meet – either at my Kitchen Table or via Skype – for 60 minutes.

- Challenges you’re facing and how to manage them
- OWL exercises and mindfulness practices

- Thinking session – your uninterrupted time to think through a challenge/situation with me as your thinking partner, helping you to ignite further thinking.
